What do I get?

You will receive your HTML5 banner along with a static GIF backup version at no extra cost.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 days of placing your order! We also offer a 24 Hour Rush Order Service for important orders that need delivering within 24 hours

Do you design other types of banners?

Yes, we will provide a static GIF version of your HTML5 banner at no extra cost. If you required animated GIF banners, contact us for a custom quote.

Where can I send my files/images for the banner to?

After you have placed your order, simply send us an e-mail at contact@bannaz.com with your name, and attach the necessary files.

What sort of information should I be displaying on my banners?

A great banner will provide key information on what the company is advertising, encouraging the user to click through to your landing page/website. The banner should include your logo, as well as a possible images of your product / service. If you would like to discuss ideas before placing an order, feel free to contact us.

Do you design banners using custom sizes?

Yes, we can create your banner in any size you need! Simply contact us for a custom quote.

What if I need modifications to my banner?

Normally we achieve the results you were looking for first time, but if required, we will make changes to your banner at no extra cost!
